Learning Tracks provide a new opportunity for equipping pastors, other congregational leaders and conference leaders. Learning Tracks are for people who have specific leadership responsibilities in specific roles (e.g. education, stewardship, ministerial credentialing), or provide leadership in specific contexts (e.g. pastors and congregational leaders in rural and urban settings, bi-vocational pastors), or who have a common leadership task (e.g. missional change, transition pastors).
Learning tracks will provide participants with training, churchwide perspectives, peer resourcing and networking opportunities. There will be three times for Learning Tracks during the convention with different tracks meeting for one, two or three sessions. Because of the continuous learning approach in multiple sessions tracks, participants should plan to be present for all the sessions devoted to a specific Learning Track. |
