The exhibit hall is a popular destination of many convention attendees. Mennonite Church USA organizations highlight their ministries and programs here.

Exhibitor meeting
The exhibitor meeting is an opportunity for the larger exhibiting organizations to visit the convention site. Time is spent reviewing the convention center layout as well as the exhibit hall layout.
Decorator packet (more information will be available early 2009)
The information packet provided by the decorator company will be posted as soon as it is available. The packet will contain pricing for all the additional items that can be rented for your exhibit space.
Floor Plan (coming in early 2009)
In early 2009 we will post the most up-to-date floor plan of the exhibit hall. This will show where each organization has been assigned space.
The application for space in the exhibit hall is due by September 1, 2008.
Additional items need to be rented from the Decorator by: (deadline to be announced)
